Captiva Homes are delighted to announce that they have won the ‘Fast Rising Property Business of the Year Award’ at last night’s South Coast Property Awards. The glitzy ceremony took place at the Hilton, Ageas Bowl in Southampton and was hosted by stand-up comedian Hal Cruttenden.
The South Coast Property Awards are held by The Business Magazine and at last night’s event celebrated a total of 16 categories judged by industry experts, recognising the contributions of property agents, developers, planners, consultants, property lawyers and dealmakers to the success of the sector.

This award, in addition to our recent ‘Small Business of the Year Award’ from the Isle of Wight Chamber of Commerce, only goes further to credit our Team’s hard work and dedication through a fast moving period achieving a market leading increase in sales and our overall expansion since 2019
