Unlike National Housebuilders whose management positions, central procurement and trades are often mainland-based, we make a concerted effort to work with Island companies and employ Island trades. At West Acre Park, 100% of our direct contracting is with Island businesses. Our current development has already directly created 70 jobs and has seen over £10m invested in the Island economy.
